Refund Policy

If you purchase the Annual Subscription and decide within 30 days of your purchase date that MintEncoder is not right for you, you are entitled to a full refund. No reason is required.

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the Annual Subscription only. Month-to-month billing is not covered by this guarantee — you can cancel at any time to stop future charges, but charges already made for the current billing period are non-refundable. If you would prefer the option of a refund window, the Annual Subscription includes one.

Open MintEncoder, go to Settings → Subscription, and select Cancel Subscription. This option is shown automatically for Subscription licences within the 30-day window. If you are past the window, or need help for any other reason, contact us and we will assist you directly.

Cancelling revokes your Subscription licence key immediately — it cannot be reactivated on any installation afterward. MintEncoder automatically falls back to the current Free Trial, so your work stays accessible while you decide on next steps.
